Hugo Care is a registered NDIS provider operating across Queensland, Victoria and Tasmania. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles and the NDIS Practice Standards.
Information we collect
We collect information that is reasonably necessary to deliver safe, quality supports. This may include:
Contact details such as your name, phone number, email and address
NDIS plan details, participant numbers and funding information
Health, disability and support information relevant to your care
Details you provide through our website forms, phone or email
How we use your information
We use your information to plan and deliver your supports, communicate with you and your nominated representatives, meet our obligations to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, process referrals and enquiries, and improve our services. We only use your information for the purpose it was collected, or as otherwise permitted by law.
Storage and security
Your information is stored securely in access-controlled systems. Only staff who need your information to deliver your supports can access it. We retain records only for as long as required by law and destroy them securely when no longer needed.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with your consent, with health professionals involved in your care, with the NDIA or NDIS Commission where required, or where the law otherwise requires or permits disclosure.
Cookies and website analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences and understand how visitors use the site.
